By using MageyBot on Telegram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Lawful Use and Account Responsibilities

You agree to use MageyBot only for lawful purposes. You are strictly liable for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities conducted using this service. Furthermore, you agree to use the service fairly; attempting to reverse-engineer the bot, automate scraping of its outputs, or intentionally bypass the credit and quota limits will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

AI Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

MageyBot relies on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and automated online content retrieval to provide answers. Because AI can hallucinate or make mistakes, and because online sources can change rapidly, the information provided may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must always verify important information independently when in doubt.

No Professional Advice

MageyBot is a digital assistant, not a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided. The bot’s outputs must never be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.

Service Availability and “As Is” Provision

MageyBot interacts with Telegram, third-party APIs, and external local websites (like RTL, the Government Gazette, or iBay). Because we do not control these external platforms, the service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

Limitation of Liability for Proactive Watchers

Features like the "Proactive Watcher" (e.g., Apartment Hunter, Job Alerts, Gazette Navigator) depend on the stability of external websites. MageyBot is not liable for any missed opportunities, financial losses, or damages resulting from delayed notifications, system downtime, scraping failures, or missed listings.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds

MageyBot Plus operates on a monthly subscription basis (MVR 149/month). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your Plus features and monthly credit quota until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and rights to use any specific output generated by MageyBot for you (such as a drafted letter or summarized research). However, we retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the MageyBot software, its branding, underlying code, and proprietary persona instructions.
